COVID Emergency Response Center Srinagar

cLOUD BASED CONSUMER CARE CENTER KPDCL

The COVID-19 pandemic has been a challenging time for many individuals and organizations, including government agencies and public utility services. However, amidst these testing times, the COVID Emergency Response Center in Srinagar emerged as a ray of hope and a symbol of efficient crisis management. The government officials are highly impressed and have shown great appreciation for the remarkable work carried out by the Response Center. In response to its success, the Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has opted to adopt a similar model of the call center, ensuring an innovative and robust Cloud-Based Customer Care Center that caters to the main IT division of the KPDCL. The Customer Care Center is now operating seamlessly around the clock, day and night, with a dedicated team of 7-10 agents equipped to provide the highest level of assistance to all users. This advanced system is an excellent example of adapting and transforming under pressing circumstances. ​

RURAL BPO BANDIPORA

In order to address this problem on a larger scale, the Government decided to establish a Rural Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in the Bandipora District of Jammu and Kashmir State. Our company was honored to take the lead and execute this novel idea, which ultimately shaped into a reality. Thanks to our hard work and dedication, the setup was established in record time and eventually, the first-of-its-kind Rural BPO was inaugurated by the Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi. We are proud to mention that after the establishment of the project, it was handed over to the district administration, and currently, more than 150 young boys and girls are happily and gainfully employed in the said BPO through a third-party firm. This project is an excellent example of how a sound idea, dedication, and hard work can lead to a successful outcome to make a significant impact on society.

bRINGING iNTERNET TO tHE gUREZ vALLEY

The Gurez valley had been an important part of the Kashmir division, and yet it had remained completely cut off from mobile and internet connectivity. This created a significant challenge for students studying in the far-off valley, who were struggling to access educational resources and keep up with their studies. To address this challenge, the Education Department under the Border Development Programme decided to provide the Higher and High Schools with much-needed internet connectivity. Fortunately, our company was uniquely suited to tackle this ambitious project. As the only experts in the region with the necessary expertise to provide this level of connectivity, we were entrusted with the job to provide internet services to these crucial educational institutions. Despite the challenging terrain and limited resources in the region, our team worked tirelessly alongside the support of Hughes India to bring this vital project to successful completion. Overall, this project stands as a testament to our company's expertise and commitment to improving educational access and resources in even the most challenging of situations.
